Recently, LinkedIn China officially announced the list of 2023 LinkedIn China MostIn Awards winners, with BGI Group honored as a "Global Talent Magnet Employer." This award is designed to recognize companies that have an exceptionally strong attraction for mature global talent.

The 2023 'Global Talent Magnet Employer' award was presented to BGI Group.

BGI Group was chosen by LinkedIn, leveraging its extensive global database of 1 billion members, along with data and related results concerning the attraction and recruitment of global talent through LinkedIn in the past year, and the influence of companies in promoting global professional talent employment. 

In addition, the results of the "2023 The Best Workplace To Work" competition were recently announced, with BGI Group being honored. Organized by the '2023 Pudong International Talent Hub Forum' committee, the competition aims to focus on the core interests of talent, key changes in the world of work, and forward-looking explorations in organizational development. Its purpose is to identify and select the most suitable workplaces, contributing to the innovation of organizations in building diverse, equal, and inclusive environments and brands. The selection process, which lasted four months, shortlisted 30 leading companies from 110 domestic and international businesses. Other selected organizations include Tesla, Inc., Lenovo Group Ltd., and The Coca-Cola Company.
