Reports involve exposing violations, such as violations of laws and regulations, BGI’s policies, or professional ethics, as well as actions that harm BGI’s interests or constitute unfair treatment or rights infringements within BGI.
I want to reportWhistleblowers must provide truthful, accurate and valid information in their submissions. Malicious complaints and false accusations are strictly prohibited.
BGI encourages identifiable reporting. Whistleblowers may, upon request, file reports anonymously or under a pseudonym if they prefer not to provide personal identification information. Regardless of the reporting method used, contact information must be provided to enable follow-up with the whistleblower.
The Board of Supervisors shall ensure the confidentiality of all reporting information to prevent unauthorized disclosure or loss.
