On March 17, a Dutch biotechnology delegation, led by Antoni Mandemaker, Deputy Consul General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Guangzhou, visited the BGI Center, the global headquarters of BGI Group. The delegation engaged in high-level discussions with Dr. Yin Ye, CEO of BGI Group, and other senior executives to explore opportunities in scientific research innovation and the development and application of cutting-edge biotechnologies.

During the meeting, Professor Ton J. Rabelink from Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC) in the Netherlands shared successful case studies of collaborative projects between his team and BGI Group. He praised BGI for its world-class technology, exceptional research teams, and its open, innovative approach to collaboration. Professor Rabelink also highlighted BGI's accessible technological solutions and robust data security measures, which he described as key enablers of successful scientific partnerships.
